Big Bucks

Via Altercation, we get this from Americans United.

CEO's at Top Companies will Make More before Lunch on January 2, 2007 than Their Minimum Wage Employees will Earn All Year

It takes the average CEO, 2 hours and 2 minutes to earn $10,712. The CEO of Fortune 100 companies earn $10,712 in 1 hour and 16 minutes.

It takes the average minimum wage worker 52 forty-hour weeks (2,080 hours) to earn $10,712.

It is time for a class war, IMHO.

It is the only proper way to operate this conservative paradise.

10% of the highest wage earners control 75% or more of the wealth in this country. Economists say this is good for the economy and the country. At the same time they listed bonuses by two CEO's one of 45million, and the other for 52 million. Thats just bonuses, so what were the total wages and bonuses for the year? I don't care how smart you are, that is way the hell out of line.
Like these people go out and spend 52 million each year so it will effect the economy. They invest it and make even more!
