I was listening to a radio show discussing what's happening to the beekeeping industry. Here's an article about it. What pisses me off is that we are spending billions & billions on Bu$hCo's vanity war, while bees are dying. Don't take that as misplaced or deranged concern, bees are essential to our agriculture, part of our food chain. I know that cereal grains don't need bees, but just about everything else does. This is a big story that seems to be flying, heh, heh, under the radar.
The mass abandonment of beehives throughout the country is, officially, a mystery.
