Doctors don't report colleagues errors. Here's the biggest laugh line of the article:

Trained to do the right thing? I always thought that "do no harm" meant not letting others do harm. These stats are disturbing. Maybe we all need to ask our docs if they will report misconduct on the part of their colleagues.
