The investigation ought to have occurred well before the contract was ever awarded. & then there is the abuse not only of women & children, but the abuse of the child welfare system as well. They have used taxpayer money for their continued abuse of women & children. I wish I understood why the state & federal governments are so afraid of doing anything against these bastards. They should be locked up for ever.

Also healthcare dollars through Arizona’s AHCCCS program provided about 8 million dollars a year of aid. The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development has spent 1.8 million dollars for the paving streets and providing fire departments. During the 2004-2005 school year, $19,866.88 of government money was provided per child in the Colorado City School system.
