Low & moderate income housing is something very close to my heart. Stories like this make me happy. I'm glad Mo Vaughn is using his money from playing baseball to this good end. It would be better, however, if these buildings were not allowed to fall into disrepair or abandonment in the first place. I know the problems of housing in a small rural county, & they are troubling. Because of that, I can imagine that the problems of affordable housing in urban areas must be near to insurmountable. That being said, good for Mo Vaughn.
