That is from the $700 bailout bill put together by Treasury Secretary Henry Paulson over the weekend. Sounds exactly like Cheney or Bu$hCo, or any of a large cadre of Bu$hCo lackeys. Here's Paulson today, testifying before the Senate Banking Committee:
