Justice Souter is retiring. He was a good guy & apparently a smart guy as well, since he is retiring at a relatively young age. I am so glad that he actually did the right thing(s) while serving as a Supreme Court Justice. It was also a lot of fun watching him poke a stick in the Bu$hCo family's eye over & over again. He'll be missed.

He was appointed back when the Bush Family had a tiny sense of responsibility to the country. It has been completely gone for quite some time now.
